Kombucha Brewing Workshop
Brewing your own Kombucha is fun and will save you money!
I will send or bring you a SCOBY and the starter liquid. We'll then have a group Zoom call where I will walk you through the steps to brew your first batch of Kombucha. After two weeks, we will have a second call where we will bottle our brew.
There will be a maximum of 6 participants and it will be first come first serve.
Use this link to to reserve your spot. I accept payment via Venmo or cash.
Next Session: May 2, 2020 Cost: $20
Once you have reserved your spot, use the list below to make sure you have everything you'll need!
I have listed all things I use during the process; the optional stuff is nice to have but not necessary. I did not buy a juicer specifically for Kombucha, but I do love being able to put fresh juices in!
You may have many of the items already, so you don't need to buy the specific brand/type listed, but if you don't have the items, I have linked them so you can easily find it.
When bottling, you can use old kombucha bottles but the flip tops give you a better chance to get some bubbles. I have several old lemonade bottles from Trader Joe's that have flip tops that I use, so feel free to find something similar instead of purchasing new ones, but make sure they are very clean. I have a mixture of both re-purposed and newly purchased.
